The QueryMatrix took a break from its travels around the world to attend SES San Jose. The grand-daddy of search conferences kicked off today and promises to be a departure from the SES norm. Instead of a bunch of tactical how-to sessions, SES Global Content Director, Kevin Ryan, has infused a number of higher-level topics into the agenda and brought in speakers (including yours truly) who will aim to help make sure all the search marketers in attendance don't lose the forrest for the trees. Hmm, where have I heard that one before?
