US search marketing specialist Resolution Media has hired Eric Anderson as VP Project Management & Analytics.
Anderson joins from Publications International where he served as Manager of Data & Analytics of the firm’s Internet Content Group and online direct-to-consumer channels. Prior to this he worked at IRI, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Claria, and also ran his own business.
In his new role he will help drive the company’s overall query marketing strategy, and act as an advanced resource for progressing analytical project management, team building and process improvement.
Commenting on his appointment, Anderson said: ‘The growth and importance of search is compelling; the idea that you can directly relate the impact of online expenditures. Anderson, a triathlon man in his spare time, holds an MBA from Loyola with a concentration in Marketing and Information Systems.
